The bottom of this exterior wall was rotted out from the old stairs collecting water. We were able to replace the damaged framing and install be wall sheathing before installing new PVC trim to protect the wall behind the new concrete stairs that will be installed in the spring.

We had the pleasure of installing some beautiful LVP from SmartCore. We were able to raise the subfloor and get the flooring laid nice and flat.

The quality of the floor and ease of installation makes it well worth the price at just under $4 per square foot. We couldn’t recommend this flooring enough, from professional contractor to weekend DIYer this is the best product you can get.
